Fridup Memories – Return & Refund Policy

At Fridup Memories, we take pride in crafting high-quality cushions and orthopedic pillows designed for your comfort and well-being.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used pillows and cushions

  • Custom or personalized cushions

  • Items not in their original condition or with damaged packaging

  • Sale or clearance items

Please make sure to check the product description and size information carefully before ordering.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos and a description of the issue to [balajienterprisesbsr@gmail.com], and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If a replacement is issued, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
